Start with Ophelia on Uranus if you want to farm Tellurium using your normal Warframe loadout. If you prefer Archwing missions, the Wiki's community recommendations also include Caelus on Uranus and Salacia on Neptune. Pick the option you can complete consistently; none guarantees Tellurium on every run.

These locations come from the Wiki resource directory, reviewed on October 13, 2026. The directory labels its farming suggestions as community recommendations. This guide does not turn those suggestions into a measured “fastest farm” claim, and it does not assign an unverified enemy drop percentage.

01

Choose Ophelia for a conventional farming loadout

Ophelia is useful when you want to use your ordinary Warframe combat setup while farming a resource associated with Archwing-capable missions. Plan a manageable Survival session and focus on steady kills, collecting drops and keeping life support stable.

The important distinction is access versus equipment quality. Reaching the node does not automatically mean your current weapons are comfortable there. If normal enemies take a long time to defeat or you repeatedly go down, upgrade first or bring an appropriate group.

Start with a short session rather than committing to an endurance target. At the point when the mission lets you extract, reassess your resources and comfort. If the recipe target is met, finish. If it is not, continue only while the mission remains controlled. Longer time in a mission is not itself proof of a higher Tellurium drop chance.

02

Use Archwing alternatives when they suit your goals

Ophelia, UranusUse a familiar Warframe and regular weaponsSurvival capability and a consistent way to kill groups
Caelus, UranusCombine resource attempts with Archwing playArchwing equipment and comfort with the mission objective
Salacia, NeptuneAnother established Archwing farming optionA loadout capable of protecting and completing objectives

The Wiki resource directory notes that Tellurium can occur as a rare resource in Archwing missions. This supports using an appropriate Archwing route; it does not mean that every enemy, every completion reward or every planet has the same chance.

If you are unfamiliar with Archwing, use the first runs to learn movement, aiming and collection. Do not choose an alternative only because someone else's short video shows a lucky result. Your own ability to finish the objective and gather pickups determines whether the route is practical.

03

Check the unlock before buying a solution

If Uranus or the relevant Archwing content is unavailable, progress the Star Chart and complete the required quests. Read the current Junction tasks and quest requirements directly. A late-game farm recommendation cannot remove an account's access requirements.

The Update 39 notes explain that the Archwing Launcher is now awarded through The Archwing quest and that its old separate Segment and Blueprint were removed. This concerns open-landscape launcher access; it should not be confused with instructions for a specific Tellurium farm.

Old guides may still tell you to research a launcher segment before using an open-world Archwing. Check their date before adding those steps to your plan. For the general path through quests and Junctions, use the beginner guide.

04

Prepare for kills, collection and survival

Bring a weapon you already know can handle the selected mission. Consider how it performs against the enemies you will fight, not just its displayed damage. Reload interruptions, limited reach or a difficult aiming rhythm can all make a farm feel slower.

Choose a Warframe that lets you maintain that pace. A defensive or support choice can be useful if it prevents repeated interruptions. A farming ability is useful only if you can keep its conditions active while still finishing the mission.

Make collection deliberate. Move through the area after a group dies and look at the pickups. Tellurium is the target, but a resource run can also give materials you will use later. Avoid taking an enormous detour for every ordinary pickup if the squad is moving to extraction; communicate your target beforehand.

05

Add Nekros when the enemy-drop route is stable

Nekros's official profile states that Desecrate makes fallen enemies drop additional loot. That is a clear reason to consider him for a conventional enemy farming session.

Keep the fighting area manageable so the ability can work around the defeated enemies you are producing. Do not scatter so far that you spend the session chasing bodies instead of killing, collecting and staying alive. In a group, agree on a general area while remaining responsive to life support and mission threats.

This page does not prescribe a specific multi-Warframe loot combination. Interactions between additional-loot abilities, augments, companions and boosters require separate checks. You can use the route without assembling an expensive specialist squad, and the absence of a particular Warframe does not make Tellurium impossible to obtain.

06

Set a crafting target and measure your own session

Check the blueprint before entering the mission. Record how many Tellurium you already own and how many more are required. Include other missing ingredients so you know whether this run completes the recipe or only one part of it.

If you want to compare routes, use several ordinary sessions and include travel, loading and extraction time. Keep track of whether you played solo, used boosters or had teammates supporting the farm. A result collected under different conditions cannot identify the better node by itself.

Do not multiply one unusually good short run into an hourly promise. Rare drops are uneven, and a small sample can make two equally reasonable choices look dramatically different. The useful outcome is learning which route you can repeat comfortably while working toward a concrete recipe.

07

Avoid the common farming detours

Do not assume that every Uranus mission shares identical resource behavior. Use the named recommended routes or verify the chosen mission before committing a session. Equally, do not substitute a random open-world activity simply because Archwing travel is available there.

Treat older companion farming tricks cautiously. A guide centered on repeatedly sacrificing a companion may rely on behavior that changed in a later update. This route does not depend on intentional deaths or a legacy Spare Parts loop.

If you get no Tellurium, review the mission location and whether drops were collected, then decide whether another controlled attempt is worthwhile. If the real problem is slow kills, use the builds guide; if the upgrade shortage is Endo, follow the Endo route. Choose a farm you can sustain instead of increasing difficulty in response to a dry run.
